NICHOLAS CELEBRATES HIS BIG 0-4!!!

Our little Mr. Independent is growing up quickly. Today, he has reached the BIG 0-4!! We want to wish him a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Little guy, you bring us pride and joy with every new thing you do. As you now sleep in your little bed, we wish you sweet dreams as you remember your special day today: a trip to the toy store to pick out your toy of choice, lunch with Mommy, Daddy and Sissy, a fancy little hair cut, playtime with Sheikah Layla, your favorite meal for dinner, and the 8-plus phone calls you had from family back in Texas via vonage, singing to you the special birthday song.

Sleep, big boy, sleep! Tomorrow is a new day!!! He had a few friends over for a party. That was VERY special. During the blowing out of the candle on his cake, he made a wish, but didn't tell us what he wished for. If we had to guess, though, it was probably that EVERY BIRTHDAY BE AS SPECIAL AS TODAY'S WAS, AND THAT EVERY DAY WOULD BE HIS BIRTHDAY!!!
