When normally locals would be asking for some rain, this month was certainly an exception, for it simply became too much rain, after about a 5 day run of it. Just imagine, if the diriving situation wasn't bad enough all on it's own (1st pic. above), the country has NO DRAINAGE SYSTEM! Seriously!!!! It certainly made for an interesting commute to and from school, and on a lot of other "roads".
